DD Services M&E Limited successfully delivered a Thorlux SmartScan emergency lighting upgrade across C2 Accommodation, Queen Mary Children’s Hospital and the Boiler House. The works included the installation and commissioning of new emergency lighting points, replacement of existing fittings, associated containment and cabling alterations, system testing and final commissioning.
All works were carefully coordinated within live hospital environments, including plant and boiler house areas, with appropriate isolation procedures, protection of clinical and operational spaces, and consideration given to infection control, patient safety and the continued operation of the healthcare estate.
The project demonstrates our ability to deliver technically demanding electrical upgrades safely and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and compliance throughout.
